RWM Home Loans is seeking a (Full-Time) dynamic and strategic
Technology Success Manager
to join our growing Technology Team! In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and enhancing RWM's proprietary technology platform for Loan Originators. You’ll be responsible for technology support, training, vendor management, and platform development, ensuring that our loan officers have the tools and knowledge to maximize their success. You will collaborate directly with our Executive team and various managers to drive technology adoption and continuous improvement.
This position offers opportunities to develop and grow your skills in technology management, leadership, problem-solving, mortgage operations, and project execution. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall satisfaction and productivity of our Loan Originators and their teams, making this a critical role in RWM Home Loan’s success.

Responsibilities:
Oversee technology project management, including software rollouts, system upgrades, and integrations.
Manage technology-related vendor relationships.
Handle technology tasks and request management (e.g., help desk/ticketing).
Provide administration support for technology systems.
Conduct training and ensure technology adoption for Loan Originators.
Offer advanced technical support to sales teams.
Maintain and enhance technology systems to meet evolving needs.
Analyze and report on technology system performance and usage.
Stay up to date with technology innovations in the mortgage industry and educate stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Business or Technology Preferred)
Must have worked within the Mortgage Industry.
5+ years’ experience in customer success or similar customer facing role.
3+ years’ experience in a project management focused role.
In-depth knowledge of the Mortgage Loan Origination process.
Proven expertise in technical problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Experience Preferences:
Real Estate, Finance, and/or Mortgage industry knowledge.
Experience as a Client Success Manager at a technology SaaS company.
Encompass admin work history.
Experience working with our core technology systems or similar industry technologies.
Familiarity with API and Webhook integrations. Postman experience is a plus.
Knowledge of common development languages: HTML, CSS, SQL, VBScript, JavaScript, Python, etc.
Knowledge and experience integrating AI systems into business operations.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Pay: $75,000-$90,000 per year, based on experience. Pay structure will be hourly, Monday – Friday 40 hours per week.
Bonus Pay: Up to $10,000 discretionary bonus based on performance.
Eligibility for annual company profit sharing.
