OverviewThe Vice President of Belonging at Novant Health will be a key leader in advancing the organization’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). This role will provide strategic leadership for the Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and work in close collaboration with the Health Equity team to integrate inclusive principles into all aspects of the organization, particularly in addressing social determinants of health. HR, Psychology, Organizational Development or Similar.Experience: 6+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a multi-entity organization, required. 2 years Healthcare experience preferred.Additional Skills (required):
