Overview:The VP HR Clinical Strategy will act as the primary HR executive contact for clinical people strategy and as key liaison between HR and the clinical teams, ensuring that clinical perspectives are effectively integrated into HR strategies and initiatives. Leading a team, this role will be responsible for representing clinical interests within HR, providing strategic guidance, and driving collaboration between HR and clinical stakeholders. This executive will work alongside HR COE’s ensuring that the clinical workforce is supported and aligned with the organization's broader HR objectives. Master’s Degree, required. Clinical background, NP, MSN or similar.Experience:

8-10+ years of clinical leadership experience such as CNO, CMO, DNP or similar, required.Additional Skills (required):

Extensive clinical leadership experience, such as a background as a Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or Nurse Practitioner (NP).In-depth understanding of clinical operations, workflows, and the unique challenges faced by healthcare providers.Proven ability to translate clinical knowledge into strategic HR initiatives that support and enhance clinical workforce effectiveness.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between clinical and HR teams, fostering collaboration and understanding.Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving cross-functional initiatives that require alignment of clinical and HR objectives.
