Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Management Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in advising on and facilitating the successful deployment of new systems, tools, and processes within the R/PPR leadership and project teams. The Specialist will be responsible for driving change management strategies, developing and delivering training, and ensuring effective communication and coordination across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Advisory Role:

Provide expert advice to R/PPR leadership and project teams on organizational transformation, change management strategies, and effective communication practices.

Recommend and implement strategies to enhance the uptake and incorporation of new tools and processes.

Planning and Communication:

Collaborate in the planning and development of communication strategies for the deployment of new systems, tools, and processes.

Develop comprehensive documentation and guidance materials on the use and functionality of new tools.

Training and Development:

Assess training needs for staff both internally and externally regarding new systems, tools, and processes.

Design, develop, and implement training mechanisms to ensure effective staff engagement and proficiency.

Research and Assessment:

Conduct research on the functionality of proposed tools and identify potential use cases within the office and the broader PD community.

Evaluate the effectiveness of tools and recommend improvements as needed.

Coordination:

Work with IT offices in other bureaus to ensure the harmonized deployment of new products.

Coordinate with the R/PPR Support Center to address inquiries and support requests related to new systems, tools, and processes.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to balance competing priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with a focus on organizational transformation, change management, or related areas.

Proven experience in researching issues, organizing information, and developing comprehensive documentation.

In-depth knowledge of international affairs and public diplomacy practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience in project management and multitasking.

Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with the ability to thrive in a complex and dynamic environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with all levels of management effectively.

Proficient in technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
