Employment Defense Litigation Associate Attorney
to join their team. This position requires a highly motivated attorney with strong litigation experience and excellent research, writing, and case management skills.Key Responsibilities:
Manage a variety of employment defense litigation mattersConduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality motions, briefs, and other legal documentsHandle all aspects of case management, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparationCollaborate with partners, clients, and other team members to effectively manage cases and meet client expectationsQualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on employment defense preferredSkills:Strong research and writing skillsExceptional case management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple matters simultaneouslyWork Ethic: A dedication to meeting billable hours and maintaining a high standard of professional excellenceLicensure: Must be admitted to practice law in CaliforniaWork Environment:
