$200K + bonusPosition Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial leadership and a proven track record of managing accounting functions, raising capital, and working closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors. This role requires a strategic thinker who can wear many hats, provide hands-on leadership, and navigate the complexities of a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.Manage and mentor an accounting team of 4.Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability objectives.Work closely with the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors to provide strategic financial guidance and insights.Oversee the company’s financial planning processes, including cash flow management, capital allocation, and financial performance analysis.Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.Drive the capital raising process, including debt and equity financing, to support business expansion and operational needs.Oversee purchasing functions and work closely with the manufacturing facility to optimize cost structures and operational efficiencies.Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team, contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the company.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.CPA or CFA designation is highly desirable.Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.Proven experience in managing a finance team and driving strategic financial initiatives.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a Board of Directors and senior leadership team.Strong background in capital raising, including experience with both debt and equity financing.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Hands-on approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.Benefits:
