Infra Tech Support Practitioner - Team Lead

Dallas, TX (Onsite) . Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in
AWS platform management, administration, Windows OS / Active Directory administration, Nutanix, Citrix, Commvault, and Avamar.The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Infra Tech Support Practitioner - Team Lead job responsibilities include:Lead an offshore team of system administrators to support & manage approx. 3000 VMs.
Administer and manage AWS platform and various AWS services in use.
Support & manage clients server infrastructure in various power plants.
Work with security services and the clients business teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
Actively participate in driving to resolution any tickets (incl. P1/P2) logged.
Adhere to and help improve clients security poster.
Work closely with other cross functional teams to identify and resolve any issues.
Must-have skills and years of experience:1. AWS platform management, administration2. Windows OS / Active Directory administration3. Nutanix, Citrix, Commvault, Avamar.Years of experience required for each skill:7-10 years.Nice-to-have skills and years of experience:1. Other AWS services the client uses - Storage Gateway, FSX, Lambda, VPC, EC2, API Gateway, Code Commit, RDS, MQ, Config, Cloud Trail, ELB, OpenSearch, Glue, Route 53, Elasti Cache, Shiled, Workspace, WAF, Managed Airflow, Directory Service, Kenisis, Secrets Manager, Transfer Family, Guard Duty, Storage Gateway.2. $67.00 to $75.00 per hour
