Procurement Program Manager- Special Projects
in
Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for enabling the execution of TKE NA PSM transformation plan. This role requires an exceptionally capable leader who is dedicated to elevating the value of the PSM function within our organization, influencing business leaders and driving change and innovation throughout the PSM organization. A visionary transformer and an excellent “conductor” of change.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Implement performance management processes, ensure KPIs are executed, and dashboards are updated in line with project execution. You will ideally have experience in a matrix organization and have proven experience managing senior stakeholders globally. Lead a high-performance team, enhance established relations with key stakeholders and lead executive presentations with senior leadership and business unit Teams.
Supervision and advice of development of solid business cases, monitor, drive and ensure project timelines, deliverables, budget, quality, critical activities and other important KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are within expectations and forecast.
Work alongside the PSM team to drive and ensure the project deadlines are met. Lead the Procurement & Supply Chain Programs Management Office (PMO) ensuring the coordination and prioritization of major capabilities scoping and development, in close relationship with Strategic Sourcing, Center of Excellence and Field / Corporate Procurement.
Influence the digital transformation of procurement and supply chain planning tools and processes to the next level, focusing on cross-functional collaboration, radical process simplification, while driving continuous strategic focus on customer satisfaction.
Influence as a sparring partner to the PSM Team, and support in making the right business decisions to optimize the financial impact and creating structure and its business controlling.
Facilitating and collaborating across the PSM senior leadership team to develop and implement the vision and key actions related to the procurement strategy.
Drive and support in building organizational capability to drive implementation of continuous improvement, crystallizing, implementing, and delivering strategies into work projects.
Identifying performance gaps and opportunities and develop new strategies and initiatives to close the gaps. Looks beyond own discipline and to external sources for solutions to complex problems.
Creating and driving PMO activities in both savings, business processes and procurement tools.
Driving savings cost analysis and work with the Finance team to deliver project cost analysis, supporting the Change management Stream as required and attending and chairing governance meetings.
Experience and knowledge of assisting with a large number of projects on a global level, and prioritize tasks efficiently and communicate complex matters to all levels of the business effectively.
Maximize the effective use of the procurement tools and implement a procurement governance model; establish and communicate policies and procedures toward standardization and efficiency of all purchases.
Be responsible for PSM scorecard, consisting of gathering, modeling and KPI reporting, while working with the three PSM pillars to ensure progress is being done on their KPI.
Performing procurement-related budgeting, and other department needs such as support in presentations to Leadership Team.
Who we are looking forEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree: Masters/MBA preferred.
Six Sigma Black Belt, highly analytical, data-driven thinking with project management experience.
Certifications in Project Management and Change management required.
Expert understanding of purchasing policies, procedures, practices, and the value and use of procure-to-pay (P2P) digital platforms.
Technical Skills - Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio), SAP, Oracle and Ariba.
Excellent understanding of multi-step strategic sourcing processes and strategies.
Demonstrated excellence in managing internal customers; skilled at change management; well-honed “radar” for stakeholder management. Comfortable with ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
15+ years of strategic sourcing, centers of excellence and procurement operations experience.
Experience with ERP systems, Spend Data Analytics & Reporting, eSourcing, and contract management systems required.
Demonstrated responsibilities in project management and PMO, identify and drive change and continuous improvement opportunities.
Influencing skills to persuade others to change behavior in pursuit of a common goal. Strong leadership and collaboration skills to build and maintain trusted relationships with leadership and peers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present complex information to senior executives.
A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself.
Ability to think strategically and develop the organization’s future state strategy.
Strong Business Acumen – the ability to understand challenges through the eyes of the business leaders.
Transformational leader with demonstrated experience and knowledge in the elevator industry including but not exclusive to the region/branch field model.

Proven track record in leading procurement organizations and transformations.
