located in Smithtown, NY is seeking to hire an experienced Selling Sales Manager for our Cadillac showroom.

You must have the talent, ability, and drive to close deals. Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.

This is a rare opening to work at Long Island’s Largest Cadillac, Buick, GMC Dealership!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage, train, and lead a team of automotive Sales Professionals.

Be a strong closer engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross.

Actively support, encourage, and motivate the sales team daily to maintain high productivity.

Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers.

Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up.

Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals.

Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service.

Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods.

We are seeking to hire someone with the following skills:

Prior automotive experience mandatory.

Strong sales experience mandatory.

Knowledgeable, motivated & assertive.

Passion for customer retention and strong CSI.

Commitment to building a team with employee retention as the core.

Experience in building sales volume using organic, digital, and traditional sales and marketing strategies.

Outgoing personality with excellent verbal/written communication skills along with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Excellent communication, follow-up, and customer service skills.

Professional appearance and work ethic.

Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
