Visit cpkcr.com to learn about the CPKC advantage, our purpose and culture.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the candidate experience by partnering with Talent Acquisition Advisors to coordinate the recruitment, selection, and creation of talent pipelines. Accomplished through meaningful communication with applicants, providing guidance, process recommendations, and ensuring a streamlined interview experience.This is a 12-month contract position.POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:Support recruitment team and Hiring Managers with interview process and scheduling interviewsPost job requisitions internally and externally as well as with diversity partners and niche career boardsMaintain communication with candidates as they move through the recruitment process providing a high-touch candidate experienceEnsure accuracy of applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors)Book travel, coordination of job fairs, outreach initiatives, and ordering CPKC branded materials to support recruitment activities and eventsAssist with tracking pre-employment processes including background checks, drug tests, and pre-employment medicalsWork with internal teams to ensure smooth on boarding experience for new hiresSupport recruitment projects and process documentationPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience, preferably in a job-related major field of studyMinimum three (3) years of coordinating experienceValid Passport or the ability to obtainWHAT CPKC HAS TO OFFER:12-Month contractADDITIONAL INFORMATION:As an employer with North American presence, the possibility does exist that the location of your position may be changed based on organizational requirements.Drug Test Elements:CPKC is committed to the safety and health of its employees and the general public.
