Attorney Recruiting Manager - Chicago Law Firm - Hybrid - $125-135k

OverviewThe Attorney Recruiting Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to attract top law students to the firm. This role requires a strong understanding of the legal industry, law schools, and student recruiting trends. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Implement Recruitment Strategy:

Create, implement, and manage the firm’s overall student recruitment strategy, including summer associate, law clerk, and early talent programs.Law School Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with law schools, faculty, and career services offices.On-Campus Recruiting:

Coordinate and execute on-campus recruiting efforts, including attending career fairs, conducting information sessions, and interviewing potential candidates.Diversity and Inclusion:

Develop and implement initiatives to attract a diverse pool of law students.Candidate Assessment:

Evaluate candidate qualifications and recommend top talent for further consideration.Offer Extension and Negotiation:

Participate in the offer extension process and negotiate terms with successful candidates.Event Planning and Coordination:

Plan and execute recruitment events, such as summer associate receptions and diversity events.Budget Management:

Manage the student recruitment budget and track expenses.Data Analysis and Reporting:

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Team Management:
