It is the largest municipally owned energy utility in the United States. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our centralized Contract Management team. The ideal candidate will assist with the procurement process, monitor contract spend and expiration, and manage the end-to-end process of contract development and administration. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various business areas, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Title: Procurement CoordinatorLocation: Procurement CoordinatorDuration: 24+ months (with highly possible extension)Pay Range: $24 - $27 /hr.
Core Responsibilities:Assist with purchase requisitions and solicitation requests (RFP, RFQ, RFI).Lead bid/proposal reviews and secure approvals for contractual forms.Ensure accurate invoice validation, rates, deliverables, and invoice support documentation.Facilitate meetings, manage communication, and prepare contractor spend summaries using pivot tables.Track cost commitments, process service entry sheets, and MYID security requests for contractors.Minimum Requirements:
Education
: High School Diploma or GED.Skills
: Strong communication, multitasking, decision-making, and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently, interface with leadership, and proficient in Microsoft Office.Preferred Qualifications:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience
: SAP knowledge, experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, or Contract Management.
