Senior Procurement Manager
to join our dynamic organization and play a crucial role establishing a brand new function to drive efficient procurement of solutions and services essential to our future growth.WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our first Procurement hire, you will establish this new function from the ground up!Develop procurement policies to support strategic and financial goals, ensuring processes are well-documented and transparent.Manage the procurement process, including soliciting bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions and services.Identify opportunities to leverage purchasing power and negotiate favorable vendor contracts, payment terms and pricing.Optimize our network of preferred suppliers to ensure consistent access to services at the most competitive prices.Collaborate with senior leaders across the company to develop procurement strategies that support business objectives.Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and establish cost saving targets.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to procurement.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, engineering, Finance or a related fieldA minimum of 8+ years’ experience in procurement related roles at high-tech companies.Track record of successful contract negotiationsMust be a self-starter capable of working with minimum supervisionExperience in procurement of technology and software subscriptions (SaaS) preferableThorough working knowledge of purchasing policies, processes and proceduresCOMPENSATION:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $95k - $180k annually.
