www.egnyte.com .We are seeking a Sr Accounts Receivable Analyst to support and drive the transformation of the AR workflow as part of the Order-to-Cash process and leverage transactional data to provide quality business insights.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Partner with Invoicing team, Sales and Customer Success to resolve customer inquiries in a timely mannerFacilitate payment applications to ensure accurate payment application, including ACH/wires, checks, credit card and chargeback processingMonth end reconciliation of collections account and undeposited account (DIT)Perform daily collection effort including executing dynamic collection and communication strategies to optimize collection channels and solutions based on the nature and history of the delinquent accountsExecute and propose processes that will help automate/ expedite process/ proceduresMonitor the Accounts Receivable inbox to ensure timely response, redirection, or escalation to all internal and external customer inquiriesGenerate aging reports, collect data and provide metrics around collections as neededOther AdHoc tasks as neededHours are 8am - 5pm PSTYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years of relevant experience with Mid Tier ERP and handling customer paymentsSuperior working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel is a mustStrong verbal and written communication skills including understanding how to tailor messages towards different audiences and conveying the objective clearlyAn analytical problem solver exercising common sense and practical solutions orientationA team player who leads by example, holds self-accountable for performance, takes ownership, and champions new initiativesExperience with Stripe + Stripe Billing, NetSuite, SalesForce is preferredCOMPENSATION:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $50k - $90k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
