Do you have experience with creating and managing content for local service based brands with over 10k -100k reach on videos you’ve produced?
Are you a social media manager with proven experience making viral videos on IG Reels and Tiktok for local service based brands (preferably in the dog resort space)?
Do you live for IG Reels, TikTokery and love the “awww” and “haha” moments of doggie life?
Are you organized, efficient, and love collaborating with an on site team to create & post videos on deadlines?
Do you have experience in promoting videos through IG and Tiktok Ads as well as whipping up and sending out email campaigns to promote videos?
Then Sit Social is looking for you to be our Social Media Manager!
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Social Media Manager of Sit Social works directly with our CEO and staff to create & post viral content with the goal of engaging with existing customers, increasing customer loyalty, and attracting new customers and revenue.
STRATEGIZE/ANALYZE:
Meet as needed with our team and CEO to strategize on viral video formats, influencer partnerships, and ads while analyzing trends/data and improving video creation/ performance over time to increase audience and watch time.
CREATE:
Write/record/edit/post viral doggie hotel content on site at our business location following the aesthetic/brand voice guidelines. Write/send out emails/sms to our clients for appropriately approved content as needed.
ORGANIZE:
Schedule consistent daily posts for IG Reels and Tiktok following the strategy created. Prepare & schedule email drip marketing campaigns and SMS of necessary promos/videos to our existing client base to increase engagement, audience, and sales as needed.
ENGAGE:
Engage with audience members, customers, events, and staff to build rapport and increase our audience.
Our ideal candidate is an expert in IG Reels and Tiktok and has experience crafting copy for email campaigns for service based brands.
SCHEDULE:
Part Time
Flex Schedule with set meeting, shooting, and posting days 20 hrs per week at the business location in Lakeview
$25-$35/hr DOE
BENEFITS:
Paid sick leave (up to 40 hrs accrued in 1 year)
PTO (up to 40 hrs per year)
