Account Manager

who will serve as a technical sales expert with a focus on our service and solutions business . In this role, you will d evelop and maintain customer relationships, sell preventative maintenance contracts, provid e recommendations for service and repair work for HVAC systems, and sell total solutions to meet customers’ needs . Location:

Hybrid role out of the Nashville Service Office with travel to job sites and engaging with customers

What you will do:P artner closely with Independent Manufacturers Representatives, District Office and Service Center Managers, sales colleagues, the parts team, and our technicians in an assigned territoryMeet sales goals by developing existing customers and prospecting new business opportunitiesGain in-depth knowledge of customers ’ operations, understand their challenges, and customize solutions to meet their specific requirementsPrepare and present technical sales proposals including cost estimates, pricing quotations, and utilizations of tools and resources to assist in sales efforts ( e.g. energy rebates)Conduct tests and surveys to identify the need for product alterations or development of new productsAnalyze products and selling techniques to optimize sales effectivenessDevelop pipeline of future sales opportunitiesWhat’s in it for you:

High School Diploma or equivalentValid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordHVAC industry experience3 + years of business-to-business sales experienceWork visa sponsorship is not available for this positionPreferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related disciplineExperience with Salesforce or any other sales tracking softwareExperience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contractsCommercial HVAC industry experience
