Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on our Shopify store.
Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing for SEO and conversion.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
Ensure the Shopify store is running smoothly and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing a Shopify store.
Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and SEO.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ecommerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics).
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
