Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Office Manager to join a client in Fremont. This is a temp-to-hire role or potentially direct hire. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The position is 100% onsite.Responsibilities:

Oversee and support all office administration duties, ensuring smooth daily operationsManage office supplies and breakroom inventory, placing orders as needed for corporate headquarters and other offices.Plan and execute office layout improvements, equipment procurement, and facilities management to maintain office efficiency.Collaborate with HR to develop and implement office policies, creating procedures and standards to guide office operations.Act as front desk support, greeting visitors and managing inquiries.Manage the in-house mini-market, including placing orders, managing inventory, and handling reporting.Handle employee travel bookings and maintain organized travel itineraries.Track and manage HR spend, preparing periodic financial reports.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as FedEx/UPS shipments.Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth orientation process.Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure follow-through on projects under pressure.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles.Strong knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
