We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Manager who will play a key role in ensuring our office runs efficiently and smoothly. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations, handle multiple administrative tasks, and ensure a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for office administration, inventory management, and serving as the front desk support. We’re looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a multi-tasking environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and support all office administration duties, ensuring smooth daily operations
Manage office supplies and breakroom inventory, placing orders as needed for HQ and other US locations
Plan and execute office layout improvements, equipment procurement, and facilities management to maintain office efficiency
Collaborate with HR to develop and implement office policies, creating procedures and standards to guide office operations
Act as front desk support, greeting visitors and managing inquiries
Manage the in-house mini-market, including placing orders, managing inventory, and handling reporting
Handle employee travel bookings and maintain organized travel itineraries
Track and manage HR spend, preparing periodic financial reports
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as FedEx/UPS shipments
Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth orientation process
Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure follow-through on projects under pressure
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
Strong knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products

Compensation Range:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $74,000- $87,000
This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
