The Telematics System Analyst will become part of the Fleet & Procurement (F&PS) Services team. The successful candidate will directly control the system support and training within our Fleet Telematics platform (Fleet Complete). The System Analyst’s primary responsibility will be system support, administration, communications, and product feedback. The System Analyst will work in tandem with Fleet Operations and the F&PS Analytics team regarding reporting requests, data trending and small projects. The position requires the ability to communicate technical solutions into business language and layperson terms. Additional responsibilities may include documentation, training videos, change management and/or project management.Job Type : ExemptEssential Functions & Responsibilities:

Contribute as part of a team which will consist of various levels within the company. Creative ideas, improvements, and input are expected and sought from everyone involved. The System Analyst will be involved in 3 key areas:System Administration (70%)Minimize open support issues through managing internal inbox support, field phone calls and ad-hoc requests.Update user and equipment access and permissions.Interact with Fleet Complete 1LS on ticket escalations or resolutions.Support internal company on accident and incident investigations.Training & Communications (20%)Develop and/or update system documentation.Train field users on recurring support and system tasks.Manage and distribute weekly and monthly reporting to leadership.Maintain monthly newsletter communication.Improvements (10%)Drive improvements in telematics system by proactively engaging with Field Operations to ensure awareness, actions and compliance with program requirements.Desired Skills and Experience:Must have a bachelor’s degree in business management, IT or other quantitative oriented disciplines.0-2 years of system administration and/or program management experience.Must have strong experience in project management, customer service and supporting system applications.Experience in ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and Fleet Management Systems is preferred.Must have experience using MS Office applications and experience using VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.Must be a proven self-starter with a track record of managing multiple complex tasks with the ability to work within a matrix organization.Must have excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and an ability to identify problems, design and articulate solutions, and implement change.Must be able to communicate and collaborate with regional and corporate stakeholders to understand end-users’ requirements and issues.Must have outstanding interpersonal, communication, organizational and project management skills.Must have a strong tendency to learn and grow, an individual who is passionate about innovation and reinventing themselves constantly.Pre-Screen
