Joule has an opening for a Clinical Operations Specialist that will provide Technical Support 100% on site in Denver, CO on a six-month contract that does have potential to be extended. This will be a five-day on-site role Monday through Friday that will help provide Technical Support and monitor the internal ticketing system to ensure customers are able to troubleshoot issues. The ideal candidate will have prior health care experience supporting web-based applications and providing EMR support. CompTIA A+ experience or certification is highly preferred but not required. Providing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) SupportHardware support for PC computers, docking stations, laptops, speakers, headsets, webcams, dictation microphones, etc.Telecommunications and telehealth support (Technolink, Cisco, Webex, Teladoc)Utilization of web-based applications (Dragon, Webex, Outlook, etc.)Ticketing systems (Service Central)Requirements

4-year degree, preferredPrevious Healthcare or medical experienceAbility to think critically and provide viable solutions and possess effective communication skills (verbally and in writing)Must be detail oriented, organized, and be a self-starter that is a fast learner.CompTIA A+ certification
