Position Highlights:SIGN-ON BONUS: $1,000
Location: 3329 75th Street, Woodridge, IL
Part-Time
Hours: Every Saturday, 8:00 to 16:30
What you will need:Prior experience with Canon 1.5T MRI, preferred
Strong computer skills
Ability to troubleshoot problems as related to the software
At a minimum, must be a candidate for ARRT(R) (American Registry of Radiological Technology) or ARMRIT (American Registry of MRI Technologists) certification
Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association
A minimum of an Associate's Degree or higher, preferred
Advanced techniques including cardiac and functional neuro protocols, preferred
Previous MRI experience required
What you will do:Operates MRI equipment to obtain images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of pathologies, according to Radiologist's directions and established procedures. Positions patients, administers injections of contrast media, and manipulates images to ensure a high-quality exam. Delivers and ensures customer service in all aspects of the job, being attentive to eye contact, facial/body expressions, and tone of voice.
