Plays an integral role in dental business development with Requests for Information and Request for Proposals.This is an individual contributor role.Required Qualifications7-10 years Contract Negotiations7-10 years experience in RFPPreferred QualificationsDental Vendor experienceStrong Negotiation experience3-5 years Dental Medicaid contract negotiations3-5 years experience in Dental RFPNegotiating and writing Dental Medicaid Agreements and AmendmentsCustomizing Dental Medicaid contracts proposals and negotiating contractsAbility to meet strict deadlines and manage prioritiesEstablishing and building strong relationships externally and internallyCollaborate with various departments within HPAdaptability when priorities shiftAdvance knowledge of excel, pivot tables, SharePointSound judgement and problem-solving skillsDriven individual that can work independently and as a teamEducationBachelors or equivalent professional work experience.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 - $170,800.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.CVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
