Network Administrator

to join our dynamic team of network engineers and technicians. In this

fully remote

role, you'll support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) on the Revolutionary IT Services (RITS) program. As part of our dedicated team, you'll contribute to operational excellence through planned and coordinated network maintenance, break/fix actions, service level agreement (SLA) performance, incident resolution, and customer service within the USACE OCIO/G-6 environment. Your work will adhere to DoD, Army, and USACE O-CIO G6 policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including Government Engineers, Contractor Engineers, Operations staff, Management, and 3rd party vendors.Work independently and as part of a team, offering and seeking help when needed while delivering exceptional customer service.Execute planned and unplanned maintenance on networking products within the Corps of Engineers' environment.Support break/fix actions as required to maintain network performance.Ensure all customer support is in alignment with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Manage and resolve incidents by taking appropriate actions on tickets in both individual and team queues.Adhere to USACE OCIO/G-6, DOD, and Army G6 policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsRequired Education and Experience:Active Secret Clearance required prior to start.CompTIA Security+ and Cisco CCNA certification.Proficiency in network control protocols (QOS, PfR, PoE, NTP, DHCP), network management protocols (CDP, FTP, TFTP, SNMP), and security protocols (SSH, HTTPS, AAA, IPSec).Strong understanding of IP communication and routing (OSPF, BGP).Knowledge of WAN/LAN transport technologies (Ethernet, DMVPN, MPLS).Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience; Master's degree with 3+ years of experience; or PhD with relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working with the USACE.Expertise in enterprise WAN deployments.Experience in a DoD environment.Familiarity with F5, IPv6, Cloud connectivity, and NSX technologies.Why IronArch Technology?Awarded Best Place to Work 8 times!Competitive compensation and market-leading bonus opportunities.Medical, dental and vision benefits where a significant portion of the premium is subsidized by IronArch.Company-provided healthcare concierge assistance to help explain your coverage in plain language; help you find, choose, and schedule quality care; and address billing, benefit, or claims concerns, potentially saving hours of your time.401(k) retirement plan where the company contributes dollar for dollar up to 3 percent, and 50 cents on the dollar for the 4th and 5th percent with immediate entry and immediate vesting.20 days of PTO accumulated per calendar year.11 paid holidays.Bereavement, jury duty, parental (maternity/paternity/adoption), and military leaves.Sabbatical programs.Company-paid short- and long-term disability.Company-paid life insurance.Voluntary life, accidental and indemnity income replacement benefits.Professional development reimbursement.Health club reimbursement.Matching donation program and annual philanthropic activities.Pet insurance.And more!Apply today to learn why IronArch Technology has been recognized as "Best Place to Work" for 8 years!IronArch Technology is an equal opportunity employer.
