People First, Servant Leadership, Deliver and Inspire Excellence, Do the right thing!What You'll DoA ServiceNow Business Analyst must have knowledge in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of IT Services, leveraging best practices (i.e. ITIL). Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of current IT processes, including defining "to be" processes, and detailed requirements, to achieve program milestones. Senior BA should understand "out of the box" functionality and capabilities of ServiceNow, including basic ITSM (IT Service Management) application understanding and Service Level Management.Other Key Responsibilities:Supporting recommendations for suggesting and implementing ITIL best practices into daily operationsParticipate in requirements gathering sessions to gather and process informationDefining metrics and creating reports to justify suggestions and recommendationsPerform analysis and assessments to identify gaps in current processesAttend daily standups for continuous engagement with key stakeholders

RequirementsBachelor's or Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or business administration experience or equivalent experienceHands-on experience with ServiceNowProficiency in understanding ITIL conceptsExperience working in an Agile Development environmentAnalytic and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong communication skillsExperience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, etc.Soft skills are key: communication, ability to manage workload, ability to track and verbalize project status, and ensure data completeness and accuracy in a large-scale project5 years experience in IT Service ManagementAbility to obtain a Public Trust clearance (US Citizenship or Green Card required)ITIL Foundations certifiedPreferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified Systems AdministratorExperience with reporting and forecasting toolsExperience with CMDBExperience with Performance Analytics/reporting in ServiceNow
