The Director of Perioperative Services (RN) will manage the strategic direction of the department and be well supported with a team of Nurse Managers, Clinical Coordinators and Charge Nurses
The Department performs a variety of surgical procedures including general, CV, orthopedic, urology, ENT, bariatrics, endoscopy, and robotics
Position reports directly to a dynamic and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer

Qualifications & Requirements for Director of Perioperative Services (RN)
BSN required / Master's preferred
RN Active License State of Georgia
Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
Minimum three (3) years in surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting
Transformational and inspirational leadership style
Able to lead and mentor and empower the staff
Track record of success in improving staff engagement, quality and outcomes
Collaborative and collegial leadership style, able to build positive relationships across all levels
Identify strategic opportunities to grow and enhance the service line
