Manage all aspects of routine and complex audit and review engagementsLead the engagement team, provide feedback to staff assigned, and evaluate their progressCoordinate client internal controls and accounting systemsSupport in client special projectsHandle client planning and financial projectionsAssist clients on accounting issuesEstablish and maintain client relationshipsResearch assigned areas and train others in these areasHelp participate in committee functionsDevelop involvement in group marketing effortsRequirements
Bachelor’s Degree required10+ years of accounting experiencePublic or combo background requiredPrevious industry experience in manufacturing, financial services, or healthcare preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsCPA certification required
