Our client is a global alternative asset manager. They seek an Investment Operations Associate to join their Los Angeles, CA office.Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s technological initiatives as they pertain to the investment processManage relationships and liaise with internal resources, offshoring resources, and external fund administratorsPrepare monthly and quarterly investor and regulatory deliverables and other ad-hoc reportingSupport the creation of new client reporting templates and establishing parameters for reportInvestigate material profit and loss items and coordinate with third-party admin to correct any inconsistenciesContribute to the system implementations and upgrades and implement new workflows and processesRequirements
2-4 years of investment operations experiencePublic (Big 4+) or combo accounting backgroundFinancial services (funds/credit) experience preferredExcellent communication or interpersonal skillsOrganized, analytical, and keen attention to detailSkilled in Excel, Alteryx, and Power BICPA strongly preferred
