Join us on our Cybersecurity team as a Senior Communications Analyst.Position Overview:In this pivotal role, the Senior Communications Analyst will design and distribute Cybersecurity-related content inside and outside the department to raise stakeholder awareness and foster a culture of security across Western Union.Key Responsibilities:Tell the story of Cybersecurity through effective communications and creative visuals.Develop and execute communication strategies that promote the department’s strategic vision and organizational objectives.Create, populate, proofread, and edit PowerPoint decks to help various audiences understand the threats we face, the actions we are taking to mitigate those risks, and the progress that is being made to protect Western Union.Collect individual accomplishments and aggregate them into bigger wins that resonate with Senior Executives and illustrate the value Cybersecurity brings to Western Union.Publish employee newsletters with engaging content to improve transparency, celebrate our collective successes, and cultivate high-performing teams within Cybersecurity.Required Expertise:2+ years of experience within communications, training, cybersecurity, or other related business roles.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.Strong written and verbal business communication skills with a keen attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.Basic graphic design knowledge, skills, and experience for creating engaging content.Ability to work with technical subject matter experts and translate that information seamlessly to non-technical individuals.Experience in Cybersecurity is preferred, but not required.SalaryThe base salary range is $90,000 – 120,000 USD per year. Total on-target compensation includes a base salary and short-term (10% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance.
