This role combines analytical prowess with strategic insight to drive informed decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and support critical projects.Conduct regular financial analysis, recommending actions to meet performance targets and enhance reporting metrics.Assess financial implications of business initiatives, including pricing strategies, product launches, and partnerships.Spearhead the Operating Plan process, aligning financial goals with company objectives.Manage sales and financial forecasts, ensuring accurate representation in Financial Forecasts.Review monthly financials, working with Corporate Accounting to address variances and ensure accurate transaction capture.Evaluate acquisition prospects and new product opportunities, focusing on revenue and margin potential.Analyze ROI for strategic initiatives to optimize resource allocation.Lead and develop the finance team, overseeing recruitment, performance management, and professional growth.Oversee capital and operating budgets, control expenses, and manage interdepartmental financial reporting.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance10+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis.8 years of experience in Management experienceExperience in a PEO business
