What you can expect as a Director of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) at Fortress:As the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will be an integral part of our company's financial leadership, playing a critical role in shaping our fiscal strategies. You will be responsible for managing the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and in-depth financial analysis. Working closely with the CFO and other executives, you will be pivotal in strategic decision-making, providing financial insights, recommendations, and risk assessments that guide our business objectives. Your experience in commercial and federal markets will be essential in navigating the unique financial requirements of each sector.You will be leading a high-performing FP&A team, encouraging continuous learning and fostering a culture of excellence. You will set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and guide your team's professional development. Compliance will also be a key part of your role, ensuring that our financial operations adhere to all relevant regulations and standards.
