2-4 years of real estate accounting experienceStrong Excel skills, including pivot tablesBachelor's degree in a related fieldExceptional attention to detail and a sense of urgencyAbility to think strategically and analyze property-related financial dataProficiency in ERP software, with MRI experience preferredPrior experience in a larger company or complex property accounting preferredProperty Accountant Responsibilities
Manage the property close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reportingCollaborate with property managers and asset managers, providing financial insights and analysisHandle tenant-related financial inquiries, providing exceptional internal customer serviceWork with the lease administration department for CAM RecsUse ERP software (preferably MRI) for accounting tasks and trend analysisUtilize advanced Excel skills for pivot tables and trend analysisBenefits
