Job description
Responsibilities:
Must pass a background check
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
Assist with personal care tasks such as feeding, diapering, and toileting
Monitor children's behavior and implement behavior management techniques when necessary
Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in daycare is required
Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles
Strong caregiving skills and the ability to engage with children in a positive and nurturing manner
Ability to create a structured and stimulating classroom environment
First aid and CPR certification is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
