Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Daycare professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and early childhood development, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care and supervision to children in a daycare setting
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and engage children
Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
Monitor children's behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care
Manage teachers and ensure they are living up to our company and state licensing standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or related field preferred
Knowledge of childhood development stages and appropriate care techniques
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills with both children and parents
Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
Associates degree or more

Infant care expertise
Behavior management skills
Preschool curriculum knowledge
Understanding of childhood development principles
(Adult) Management Experience
