We are looking for a Sales Leader to join our global LinkedIn Marketing Solutions team as a Manager within the Online Sales Organization (OSO). OSO is a fast-paced, innovative team that is transforming how advertisers connect and build relationships with their customers.

You will lead a team of account executives who are responsible for consulting with SMB, mid-market and Fortune 1000 advertisers across a variety of industries. Your team helps to ensure their long-term success with LinkedIn’s full-funnel Marketing Solutions products. You will develop and execute on a sales strategy and go-to-market, enabling your sales team to drive long-term success with their clients at scale. You will coach and develop your team’s skills and career. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the team.Responsibilities

Lead, develop and inspire a team of Account Executives to achieve sales excellence and to overachieve on business goals by delivering customer value.Coach and manage your team to grow and retain Marketing Solutions’ online customers through scaled activities and tools alongside one-to-one selling activities.Identify opportunities to improve our client services or products; contribute to the development of systems, tools and processes to realize those opportunities and achieve scale.Influence operational/sales enhancements, collaborating closely with marketing, product and other cross-functional teams.Recommend and influence sales and operational solutions and improvements to support LinkedIn’s continued OSO advertiser growth.Develop a strong POV on what our clients need to be successful and work with leadership to build towards that vision.Possess strong general management capabilities, e.g. ability to report on key business trends, identify insights, create business plans and quarterly reviews.Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.7+ years of work experience in sales, account management, customer success, marketing, advertising or consulting.1+ years of experience either managing a team with large books (50+ parent accounts) or 2+ years of experience as an account executive, account manager or CSM on a large book (50+ parent accounts).Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience managing and developing a team.Experience in sales operations.Experience working towards assigned performance targets and driving sustainable growth.Experience motivating, inspiring and driving teams to achieve sustainable growth.Suggested Skills

CoachingSalesForecastingEffective CommunicationLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $243,000 to $370,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.Additional Information
