Director of Nursing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of nursing operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct nursing staff, including nurse managers and registered nurses.Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate patient care.Manage nursing budgets and resources effectively.Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance.Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff.Experience Required:

Strong background in medical records management.Knowledge of Medicare regulations.Experience with healthcare systems.Previous experience in home health or acute care settings.Nurse management experience.Nice-to-have:

Shift management experience.Solid understanding of anatomy.Ability to develop care plans for patients.Job Type:
