You will provide technical support to all levels of faculty. You will be an integral part of the IT team, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The position is full-time, on-site, and based at our HQ in Santa Clara, CA.The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT systems management and user support, particularly in an SMB context.
