Code 000400) in Weehawken, NJ.Duties:Design, develop and improve the digital products and technology services provided to the clients and employees.Apply a broad range of software engineering techniques, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing, CI/CD and other DevOps practices.Ensure the quality, security, reliability and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents and remediate the root cause of risks and issues.Learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind.Work in an agile way as part of multi-disciplinary teams, participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers and others.Understand, represent and advocate for client needs.Requirements:Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a Programmer Analyst, Senior Consultant, Senior Software Engineer or related role.
