Halff has a position open for a Water and Wastewater Utilities Project Manager. This position presents a tremendous opportunity for responsibility and growth in our Houston, TX location. The minimum qualifications and responsibilities are described below:Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering (all disciplines eligible)5+ years of experience to support Water/Wastewater distribution/collection systems, pump/lift stations, and/or treatment plant projects.Licensed PE, preferably in Texas or can obtain within 6 monthsSupport preparation of scopes of work and budgets.Pump station, water storage, and pipeline design experience requiredWater/Wastewater treatment experience desirableProficient with conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading/developing construction plans and specificationsAbility to manage and work collaboratively with multi-discipline teams and subconsultantsDemonstrated ability to coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedule, and identify resolution of issuesManage quality assurance and control analysis to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations and Halff requirements, and comply with recognized standards and codes of practiceSupport construction administration of projects and lead or assist permitting efforts.Company Overview:
