The Strategic Finance - Customer Success Manager is a critical, hands-on role that challenges you to leverage your technical background in FP&A to build our customers' financial models and dashboards using Mosaic’s powerful software. In addition to building these models, you will also be responsible for enabling on the deliverables and their functionalities to customers, ensuring they understand how to leverage the platform to meet their business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet, adapting to complex and evolving customer needs. Your goal is to automate our new customer’s FP&A workflows, leveling them up from tactical to strategic.If you’re a problem-solver and a finance guru, you will thrive in this role as you will find creative solutions to automate our customers' modeling and KPI reporting processes using Mosaic’s sleek application. You will analyze our customers' models and reporting, quickly understand the assumptions driving the model, and leverage your product expertise to architect and build solutions in Mosaic.This role is consultative in nature in that you will have the opportunity to present your solutions and methodologies to the customer to enable them to hold the pen on their models and dashboards post-onboarding.The Strategic Finance - Customer Success Manager wears many hats and works cross-functionally internally by working with Support, Data Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, & Marketing.

The Opportunity:

Own customer onboarding projects, strategizing on best practice Mosaic setup while understanding customers' data, business model and overall objectives.Assist customers with creating financial models, metrics, and dashboards using the Mosaic Planning and Analytics solution, including multiple budget scenarios, headcount planning, department-level forecasting, and other key features.Gain exposure to complex models across various industries, business models, and company sizes.Partner and mentor junior financial consultants on projects, driving customer outcomes and determining prioritization.Spearhead and influence future product development by serving as a voice of the customer and sharing/prioritizing feedback with the Product team.Collaborate closely with various teams, including Account Management, Support, Data, R&D, Sales, & Marketing, to ensure world-class customer satisfaction.Requirements:

4+ years of professional experience working in financial consulting, finance, accounting, investment banking, or a related field.Exceptional analytical skills including financial modeling and in-depth analysis (modeling exercise will be part of the interview process).Strong understanding of FP&A processes, workflows and objectives.Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technology and product updates.Quick learner with a desire to understand sophisticated systems and software behavior.Attention to detail, strong organizational & project management skills.Demonstrated track record as a trusted business partner (internal and/or external) with the ability to effectively communicate with varied personas and backgrounds.Sharp communication skills including strong verbal and business writing skills.Deep appreciation and comfort diving into the weeds while also being able to take a step back to think strategically.Willing to learn and be receptive to feedback, open and enthusiastic when challenged, and roll up your sleeves to tackle anything that comes your way.Nice To Have:

Experience with software business models.Experience working in a start-up environment.Experience working with ERP, CRM, Billing & HRIS systems.Experience implementing ERP, CRM or FP&A software.Experience with Data including SQL and BI tools.

$115,000 - $150,000 a year
