We’re looking for a driven individual wanting to advance their finance career as a Strategic FP&A Manager on the FP&A team! In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining key financial models that drive the company’s strategic decisions. You will partner closely with senior leadership and various departments, such as Product Growth Initiatives (PGI), R&D, Pricing and Packaging, and other business teams, to provide financial insights that support our long-range plan and overall growth strategies. This role will enhance our planning processes, create executive-level reports and dashboards, and drive key performance metrics.

Your impact

Enable effective capital allocation by developing and maintaining value assessment (ROI) & performance tracking for all investments & business initiatives in support of the multi-horizon growth strategy.

Build and maintain complex financial models that support strategic decision-making for key business partners.

Take problem statements from the business and build financial models from scratch to help solve those problems and enhance decision-making.

Develop and refine long-term forecasting models to support company-wide strategic planning and resource allocation.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform key business decisions.

Work closely with Finance, PGI, R&D, and other business teams to guide and influence strategic choices and operational strategies.

Partner with Analytics to create meaningful reports and dashboards in Tableau for stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes and models, ensuring scalability and efficiency in strategic planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

5+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development, or management consulting.

Prior experience in SaaS, or high-growth tech companies is a plus.

Experience with Anaplan & Adaptive is a plus.

Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with a strong ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required; experience with SQL is also a plus.

Ensures data accuracy through the implementation of systematic and self-check processes.

Highly ambitious with a desire to take ownership of all aspects of your work, a team-first attitude, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities effectively. Taking ownership and working with ambiguity is important in this role.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is $115,000 - $160,000.

The actual base salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
