Responsibilities:
Oversee all nursing operations
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote a positive work environment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care plans
Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records
Manage nursing budgets and resources effectively
Supervise nursing administration activities in various settings such as home care, assisted living, and acute care facilities
Utilize anatomy knowledge to support clinical decision-making processes
Demonstrate strong leadership skills in nurse management and mentorship
Requirements:
Active RN license with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role
Proven experience in nursing administration and managing diverse teams
In-depth knowledge of medical records management and regulatory requirements
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a collaborative team environment
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, patients, and families
