The Senior Manager, ADA Credentialing Policy and Delegated Services will oversee the ADA's existing Credentialing Service powered by CAQH and launch a new business endeavor to support delegated credentialing for multi-site group practices. Oversight and management of these credentialing services requires working with an interdivisional team including staff from at least Information Technology, Communications, Government Affairs, Membership Data Center and Product Development as well as external vendors, group practices, payers and other third parties to maintain and update the service to provide the best user experience for both dentists and payers. It requires relationship management with CAQH, other credentialing solution vendors, dentists and private dental benefit plans and their provider network administrators. This person is responsible for identifying issues based on dentist and payer feedback and guiding the development of solutions to address these issues. Success is dependent on dentist and payer adoption and continued use of the ADA's credentialing services.Must Have:

Bachelor's degreeMinimum 8 years' experience in program management in either the dental or medical field with experience either in a multi-site medical/dental practice, dental society, a clearinghouse, or payerExperience around network management or credentialingPrior product management experience working on complex projects related to customer valueExcellent oral/written communications, analytical, facilitation and negotiation, collaborative and interpersonal skillsSolid spreadsheet, presentation and other decision support computer skillsExtensive knowledge of data management/integrity conceptsStrategic agility - ability to connect strategic vision and goals with day-to-day executionAbility to influence others directly and indirectly to share information and take action towards shared objectives and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to meet deadlines and deliver innovative and compelling value to customers in collaboration with internal content experts, key external client channels and multiple stakeholdersMust be a self-starter, results-focused and able to effectively establish priorities and accomplish outcomesAbility for occasional evening and weekend work/meetingsAbility for 10-25% travelNice to Have:
