Responsible for reviewing physician orders and 24-hour reports.Complete assessments, such as admission and change in condition.Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules.Assist TA team in the hiring and on-boarding of clinical staff as needed.Be a key player in all state and federal surveys and in developing and deploying plans of correction.Record patient medical records using PointClickCare (EMR).Complete on-going training as assigned and as required by state licensure.Complete other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Must be a registered nurse with current, unencumbered license to practice in the state.Must be a hands-on leader with a desire to train and mentor.Have a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors and their families.Ability to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination preferred, but not required.Employee Perks:
