Responsibilities:Responsible for reviewing physician orders and 24-hour reports.Complete assessments, such as admission and change in condition.Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules.Assist TA team in the hiring and on-boarding of clinical staff as needed.Be a key player in all state and federal surveys and in developing and deploying plans of correction.Record patient medical records using PointClickCare (EMR).Complete on-going training as assigned and as required by state licensure.Qualifications:Must be a registered nurse with current, unencumbered license to practice in the state.Must be a hands-on leader with a desire to train and mentor.Have a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors and their families.Additional Benefits:Excellent benefits package with medical coverage starting at $17.50 per Pay Period, voluntary dental, vision, and life insurance, short-term disability, and AD&D coverage, for full time employees.Tuition assistance.Access up to 50% of your net earned income before payday.Employee assistance program featuring counseling services, financial coaching, free legal services, and more.Paid time off/sick leave (rolls over annually).401(k) retirement plan with employer match.“At Avamere Communities, we love to celebrate our diverse group of hardworking employees.
