Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of nursing operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to nursing staffDevelop and implement nursing policies and proceduresOversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing personnelEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAAManage medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentialitySupervise the development and implementation of patient care plansCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient careUtilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and acute care practicesConduct MDS assessments as neededExperience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing requiredActive RN license in good standingMinimum of 5 years of experience in nursing managementStrong background in home care or long-term care settings preferredKnowledge of MDS process and regulationsExcellent supervisory skills and ability to lead a team effectivelyJob Type : Full-timePay : $93,000.00 - $99,500.00 per yearExperience :Supervising experience: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification :RN (Preferred)Ability to Commute :Lehi, UT 84043 (Required)Ability to Relocate :Lehi, UT 84043: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location : In person
