About the Team:We hold a high bar for work and a higher bar for fun! Lots of communicating in Gifs, team events and quick meetings to sort out the details, vs going back over email for days. Stuck on a small task? No big deal, let's talk through quickly and decide a path forward. Engineers on the ADSP Pricing team are responsible for owning their work, and looping in others when needed - We're a Kanban approach, so we jump to the next project when ready. We lean heavily on chat communication vs long and hard-to-parse emails, and we're always interested in newer and faster ways of doing things!

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $166,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $287,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
