This position is responsible for editing, copyediting, and proofreading a variety of test development materials. Editors work individually and as part of a team composed of the senior managing editor, senior editors, editors, associate editors, and/or temporary and contract editors. They work with internal clients and senior editors to plan, organize, and implement work based on established priorities for all phases of the editorial production of standardized test materials in print and/or online formats, as well as technical reports, communication materials, and other documents submitted for review. They oversee and complete editing assignments based on schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and submitted materials are accurately edited at the editing level requested. They follow appropriate editorial production processes for all assigned materials. They edit and revise submitted materials and, if requested, ensure that all submitted materials meet identified style specifications.
