Mailroom AssociateAs a Mailroom Associate, you will be processing and distributing incoming and outgoing US Mail, FEDEX, and other couriers in a timely manner. This position is 100% onsite in our St. Louis, MO office.What You’ll Do:Sort incoming and outgoing mail according to destination.Distribute and collect mail throughout all departments in the administrative offices.Operate all types of office equipment, including but not limited to desktop computers, calculators, phones, etc.Resolve complex issues with external vendors, internal customers, and employees with limited guidance from the Supervisor.Drive a company vehicle to transport US Mail to and from the Post Office.What You’ll Need:1-2 years of experience operating all types of office equipment, including but not limited to desktop computers, calculators, phones, etc.Good communication and customer service skills.Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word.Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day.Frequent lifting or moving objects, multiple times a day unassisted, constantly moving downward, upward, sideways by bending legs, arms, neck, and spine.Ability to lift over 35lbs with assistance.A valid Driver License, acceptable driving record, and minimum limits of automobile liability insurance.Remarkable benefits:• Health coverage for medical, dental, vision• 401(K) saving plan with company match AND Pension• Tuition assistance• PTO for community volunteer programs• Wellness program• Employee discounts (membership, insurance, travel, entertainment, services and more!)Auto Club Enterprises is the largest federation of AAA clubs in the nation.
