All duties and responsibilities are governed by state,federal and university policy.Qualifications:

Required Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Sports Management or related field.A minimum of three (3) years' experience in fundraising, marketing, sales or related field, preferably in a collegiate or professional athletics setting. (Other comparable experience will be considered).Preferred Education and/or Experience:Master's Degree preferred.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and execute a plan, in consultation with the Director of Athletics and the Deputy Athletics Director/Chief Revenue Officer, to inspire new levels of philanthropic support, engagement and commitment from alumni and friends of Trojan Athletics, including growth in major and capital gifts, annual giving and sport specific gifts, all in support of the Department of Athletics' priorities;Oversee the Trojan Fund, the annual fundraising organization for Little Rock Athletics, and serve as a member of the Athletics Leadership Team;Collaborate regularly with other Trojan Athletics units including Marketing & Branding, Communications, Facilities & Game Management, act as a liaison to the campus community, and in particular, will have day-to-day engagement with the UA Little Rock Office of Advancement.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Must be able to develop meaningful and productive relationships with constituents, colleagues, coaches and student-athletes;Strong computer skills and related software capability;Excellent management, organizational, analytical, and project management skills;Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively with groups of internal and external constituents;Ability to travel regularly and work on weekends, nights and holidays when necessary;Ability to analyze, interpret, communicate, and adhere to Trojan Athletics, UA Little Rock, Ohio Valley Conference and NCAA policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
